Get involved!

There are three main ways you can help Operation Elliot:

DONATE: here.

SHARE: Please share our fundraising page URL (http://www.justgiving.com/OperationElliot) and this blog on Facebook, Twitter, by email, whatever you can do to spread the word.

ORGANISE: Could you hold your own fundraising event for Operation Elliot?

If you'd like to help us raise more funds than you are personally able to give, what about donating your time to organising an event or doing a fun-run? We've found this fabulous A to Z of fundraising ideas - from an Abseil (eek!) to a Mile of Pennies (what?!) to a guess the Weight of the Cake competition (yum!) - there are many ideas listed.

SUPPORT FOR YOU
If you would like to talk through an idea or if you would like some support then please contact Elliot's grown up friend Sally Taylor at operationelliot@gmail.com and she will endeavour to help.  She'd also love to write a post on this blog about your idea - to spread the word and help to get sponsors for you.

Remember, anything you can do, whether you donate directly or organise your own fundraising activity, it all helps us get closer to that £66,300 target.

Thank you for your interest, we look forward to hearing from you!

  3. Hi,
Im Steve and i have seen Elliots story on our local news and would like to donate towards his target.
Each year, i take part in the Brownsea Island Swim race. The race is a distance of 4.6 miles swim around the Island and is organised through RLSS. If you wish to view the details of the swim you can google it to see what goes on and the monies raised that go to lots of different charities.
This year, i felt that seeing your story on TV, that i would raise as much as i can and donate towards your fund. Hope that you soon reach your target and i will be in touch with further details. The swim will take place on July 14th 2014.
    Good luck with the fundraising.
    Yours
    Steve Sadler.
